Since 2014 Three Forks Bakery & Brewing Co has specialized in organic, farm fresh fare. We do many things including a microbrewery, full service coffeeshop, bakery, and farm to table restaurant. You can find a weekly rotating menu with wood-fired pizzas, sandwiches, salads, small plates, soups, craft beer, regional wines, hard cider, artisan breads, baked goods, fresh drinks, loose leaf tea, espresso and coffee.

Toki and Kumiko Kidera opened Sushi-Q to spread Japanese cuisine —mainly sushi— to the foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountain range in a time when sushi was still not well-known.

The menu consists of a large variety of traditional nigiri sushi and contemporary sushi rolls. Sushi can be paired with our extensive selection of beverages including Sake (Japanese rice wine) and Shochu (Japanese “vodka”).
