HOTEL BOOKING
Book your stay via phone or the hotel website. Be sure to enter the Group Code in the "Special Codes or Rates" section to take advantage of our exclusive event discount and be added to our room block (see screenshot above).
Step #1:
Select your hotel Check-in and Check-out dates
Step #2:
Click on the "Special Codes or Rates" dropdown under the dates section.
Step #3:
Navigate to the "Promo Code" section, click the dropdown and select "Group Code."
Step #4:
Enter the custom code in the "Enter Code" section. Click Apply.
Step #5:
Select your desired room type to fit your needs. Follow the process to confirm your reservation.
